With hundreds of satisfied installations throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean and New Zealand, our Company has demonstrated our ability to provide world class support. Our business philosophy places Client Support at the top of our responsibilities. Our mission is not to license our Comp-U-Net software, it is to provide a Solution to our clients that includes our software and supporting services.

Software Support Plans

Product Training: Our product training is the foundation to achieve a successful implementation. Comp-U-Net's license includes two days of training at no additional charge at our facilities in Maitland, Florida, USA. Periodic seminars provide the flexibility required to train new employees or just a refresh course. There is a minimal charge to attend the periodic seminars.

Do-it-yourself Training: Along with our Comp-U-Net software we include tutorial aids to allow the students to learn at their own pace. Four important tools are at the student disposal: 1) Comp-U-Net primer, an initial guide on the ways and methods behind the software, 2) Comp-U-Net 101, a hands on tutorial aid to allow a step-by-step familiarization with the software in lieu of attending local classes, 3) A "demo" company available to each new user where the student can practice without disrupting the live operation, and 4) Extensive on-line documentation and help screens that come to the rescue of the software user.

Software Support during the 90 days initial warranty: We provide a toll-free access to our support lines as well as free software upgrades, during the first 90 days after the product is released, to assist the client during the implementation process. Specific procedures to gain access to our support help desk are found under "Support Services". 

Extended Software Support: Access to our support desk via a toll-free number plus free periodic upgrades that include product enhancements are available after ninety days at an additional software support fee.

Comp-U-Net Corporate: Monthly support charges are equivalent of 10% of the initial license cost per year. Support charges are invoiced quarterly in advance.

Comp-U-Net Web Based Membership: The software support charges are included in the monthly license fees.
